Ok! This is a must project you do not want to skip for Easter or Everyday decor. I found these items at Dollar Tree and decided to create a one of a kind Bunny lamp, take a look.
Materials:
1.) Bunny Rabbit
2.) Square wooden base
3.) Glass vase
4.) Metal candle holder
5.) Chalk Paint
6.) Hot glue, E600 or B700
7.)Gold rub and buff
8.) Greenery, MPF Spiral Rosettes
9.) Tea light candle

Start by painting the wooden base with chalk paint-any color will work I decided to use a cashew color.

Once the wooden base is dried then on apply glue to the bottom of the bunny feet both B700 and hot glue for more support.

Hold tightly .

Next, you will snap off the candle holder off the base ( it snaps easily, make sure you clean off any sharp edges using some clippers.

Now the candle holder will be glued to the base , basically turned upside down. Apply both hot glue and B700 for support, hold tightly.

Now using the chalk paint paint the candle holder, I applied two coats.

Using my tweezers I poked a hole on top of the bunny head make sure it’s wide enough for the candle holder to be inserted.

Once the tweezers are inserted twist to make hole bigger.

Now apply hot glue and B700 under the base of the glass vase ad glue to the candle holder see below.

You will have to hold this tightly until the hot glue dries.

Simply insert the candle holder over the top of the head and don’t forget to add glue to the hole before inserting.

I inserted the candle holder pass half way to have it close to the bunny head as possible.

I took off the original daisy off the bunny and glued some greenery.

If you have made the spiral rosettes from MPF BLog then you can use those or any flowers you have available.

You can always use more flowers to make a full bouquet.
*** If you turn over the wooden egg that’s hanging around the neck it has a natural look, I added an embellishment for a fancier look.

Now all you have to do is insert tea light candle and you are done 🙂

You have now created a one of a kind lamp be proud of yourself, if you enjoyed this tutorial please share it out to your friends and family.
