Manny’s Homemade Salsa

My salsa is very spicy but I have also included a milder recipe for you all, enjoy.

Spicy Salsa

Ingridients:
3 Jalapeño Peppers
1 Tomato
1/2 White Onion
Tomato Bouillon (or salt).

Process:
Wash vegetables make sure the vegetables are cut and ready for boiling. (As shown on video)

Use a small pot and fill with water half way and bring to a boil, drop all vegetables and boil for at least 20-30 minutes until vegetables change color.

Remove vegetables and transfer to blender, at this point you can add one table spoon of tomato bouillon (for different flavor and color) or you can add a bit of salt depending on your taste.

Set blender to liquify for at least 1 minute or if you prefer a more chunky mix only blend for 30 sec. After blending transfer salsa to your favorite bowl and enjoy.

Mild Salsa

1 Jalapeño pepper
2 Tomatos
1/2 White Onion
Tomato Bouillon or Salt

Follow the same steps boiling and blending vegetables.
