I found a Christmas Tree Wooden plaque at Dollar Tree and instantly i knew I wanted to create a unique piece and I did! You will enjoy it and it’s very easy.

Materials:
1.) Christmas Tree wooden plaque
2.)15 sheets of white copy paper
3.)Hot Glue Gun (not included in picture)
4.) 3.5 In Scalloped Paper Punch
5.) Embellishments, a silver brooche, sequence, silver party beads
6.)Metallic Gold Spray paint
7.)Paint brush
8.) Fairy lights optional
9.)Small round wooden beads

Start by cutting your round pieces of paper using the scalloped paper puncher, an 11×8 piece of paper will give you six pieces.

The Amazon link is under the picture by clicking the Amazon emblem.

I always cut my pieces this way as it allows me to not cut any scalloped edges to the next punch out.

You will be able to cut out 6 pieces.

Once you have all your pieces cut out then grab your paint brush and align it right in the center and using your other hand hover over it and press .

You will have to press hard to get a many creases on your piece of paper. Similar to the Carnations tutorial.

Once your pieces are ready you will start at the very top by applying hot glue and start gluing them.

Move on the the next row and continue to glue the next row.

You may need extra pieces if you glue them too close, but hey it’s just paper.

You have finally gotten to the bottom part, at this point you can start by fluffing some of your pieces by lightly pulling them out.

Once you have completed your tree then it’s time to glue the small round beads to the back of your tree.

You will glue one bead behind the tree from starting with one at the top peak, the last tow on the bottom of each side of the tree.

Now it’s time to spray paint!

Remember that if you don’t spray paint you can do this project with colored paper.

Now you have completed your tree. I will be adding the decoration on my live show and then post the rest of the pictures.

Hope you enjoyed the tutorial and enjoy, Happy Holidays!

I glued the brooch in top of the tree and decorated it with the smaller jewels and party beads, the lights were glued over the tree as well. if you have artificial flowers you can use them to decorate the bottom. I also spray painted a canvas and glued the tree over it to complete this piece of Art .
