Ribbons are just not for bows! Let’s get creative and make ribbon butterflies very simple to create, these are the perfect addition to any spring decor.
Main Materials:
Ribbon
Grab a ruler to get the exact measurements, you will need two pieces(upper wings).
Repeat the same step for the lower wings.
Grab your Robin and fold it in half at an angle(keep in mind you will repeat the same step to all of your pieces.)
Now you will fold the ribbon in half and make sure you line up both ends.
This is how your piece will look.
Fold each pice in half and glue using hot glue or you can use the lighter to burn and glue.
Look carefully how you will have to fold the corners of your piece towards the center, glue and hold.
Now you will connect each piece to form your butterfly.
And a few embellishments and your antennas. I created my antennas using wire ribbon.
Using floral ribbon add the antennas to your butterflies.
