Halloween Wreath

Manny got creative and created a one of a kind Halloween Sippy Cup Wreath using Dollar Tree items. I created two versions of this and today I will show you the original version. Let’s get started!

Materials:
1.) Wire wreath form size 14in
2.) 8-7 Sippy Cups/Tumblrs ( Dollar Tree )
3.) Wood burning tool
4.) Hot Glue
5.) Floral wire or pipe cleaners
6.) Wire cutters
7.) 2 Strands of fairy clear lights (Orange or purple) ⬇️⬇️

***For the second version I used a plastic spider web bowl/tray which also came from Dollar Tree, its attached to the center of the wreath form using floral wire.⬇️⬇️

Let’s start by removing the lid and straw of your sippy cup, repeat this to all of your cups.⬇️⬇️

Using the burning tool you will need to poke two holes on the back of each cup to allow the wire to go through. Make sure you use a mask as the burning plastic gives off fumes.⬇️⬇️

You will now use some floral wire ( or pipe cleaners) and insert the wire from the inside of the cup. I did not measure the length of my wire I used enough to secure it to my wreath form.⬇️⬇️

Once all of your cups have been prepped then you will start by attaching your cup onto the wire form. Place your cup over the wire form and turn in around and very tightly pull both strand of your wire to create a secure knot. Repeat this step to all cups.⬇️⬇️

Once you have completed mounting all of your cups then all i did was glued the straws in between each cup. This step is optional, on my second version i added creepy branches from dollar tree they come in black, purple and orange. I also added the spider web for more pizzaz.⬇️⬇️

Last step is to wire the fairy lights all around your wreath, you can use different color lights. ⬇️⬇️

***For a hanger I didn’t use one, as the wreath mounted perfectly on the wreath hanger. You can always add a hanger using ribbon.

Now let’s light it up!!! And Viola! You have now created a one of a kind wreath using dollar tree items.⬇️⬇️

Version 1
Version 2- This wreath has the spider web tray/bowl and it also has the spider web and creepy branches.
