Get creative using dollar tree Easter wood carrots and transform them into a one of a kind bumble bee.
Materials:
1.) Wood Carrots
2.)Floral wire
3.)Acrylic paint
4.)Hot Glue
Start by placing your carrots as shown below.
The second carrot will be placed this way and glue.
To make your design easy simply trace over the body and wing design.
Start by painting the body, I chose to start with the yellow first.
Donte forget to paint the back, as you can see mine already has the magnet attached to it.
Continue with the black part of the body.
Mix the white and gray to create the wing shading.
Grab the wire and create the wings and paint using the black paint.
Now start by creating the eye using the white paint.
Next use the blue paint to start detailing it, also use the black to continue with the eye design.
Using the white paint create the white dots on the eye of the bee by suing the tip of a skewer.
Using the gray paint simply go over and recreate the wing design, it looks like the veins of a leaf.
Finally seal with an acrylic sealer and you are done.
