Let me show you how to give e a plastic Angel a makeover and turn it into a faux cement statute. If you have any plastic/glass pieces that you are thinking of throwing away re do it and create a brand new piece.
Materials:
1.) Plastic LED clear Angel
2.)Spray Paint-Blossom White-Smokey Beige
3.) Medium plastic bowl (Dollar Tree)
4.)Hot Glue
This Angel is a Christmas item but this can be done e to any glass/plastic piece you have.
I started by taking the battery pack off using some tweezers/scissors from under the angel as well as the mesh from under.
Next you will apply the hot glue from under the angel and allow it to drip down the bowl, the bowl is upside down.
You can add extra hot glue to secure the piece.
I started by spraying the Smokey beige as the base coat, I used two coats allow for the first coat to dry.
Next spray the white to height light any part on your piece I sprayed the wings and some parts of the dress and the base.
Let it dry before you use it as the paint may be somewhat sticky.
Now you have created a one of a kind piece and it’s very similar to a cement statute.
