Walmarts Holiday Decor 2024 had some nice pieces in their holiday decor section, I saw potential with these two pieces. We will create a beautiful manger using these pieces, I will provide you will the links down below.
Main Materials:
Small or Large Glass Church
Holy Family
I started by using small icicle ornaments by gluing them on the inside as our church will have lights.
Once you have placed your icicles then you can start by lining the inside of the glass church using clear fairy lights or you can also use colored lights. Make sure you leave a small section of the light strand to allow the controller to be glued on the back side.
You can also use smaller clear snowflakes or the icicles.
The next step is to add small pine sprigs on the back side of the church, this will add a bit of color .
Using hot glue or E7000 glue your holy family piece on the inside of the glass church, once the pice is glued down I added dried baby’s breath to mimic some hay or straw.
On the bottom inside part of the church I added some pine sprigs as these will be used to glue your poinsettias.
You can use red or gold poinsettias to embellish your piece and simply glue them to your pine sprigs. I also added an extra light strand of lights to wrap around my flowers on the front and the rest I shoved them to the back of the holy family for extra lighting.
