Recently I created a large Snowflake using a party hanging decoration from Dollar Tree and by that creation I got creative and decided to experiment with the smaller decorations and created smaller snowflakes or stars, take a look.
Main Materials:
1 pack of Hanging Decorations

Once you get your decorations ready take a look how this looks just like a fan start by lightly pulling the two white strips on each side.

Once the strips are taken off it will be easier to make the cuts, don’t throw away the strip that has the adhesive side.

Using a ruler to get a straight line place it on an angle and draw your line to make your cut.
*******Make sure you make the cut on the side that opens up like a fan.

When you make the cut cut make sure you grab half of the folded piece as it will be difficult to cut all the way through, I did my cuts in tow sections very carefully.

Once you make your big cut then you can make smaller cuts by drawing triangles as these will be more designs on your snowflake.

Once all the cuts are made this is how your piece will look.

If you have paper clips you may or may not need it this step will be optional.

The adhesive piece that was taken off the original piece will be glued back in the same place but make sure you cut it to size to fit the new size.

Once you put the snowflake together you can use the adhesive piece to secure it or if you want to use the paper clip it will also work, using the paper clip works best if you want to keep it and re use it again without having to use the adhesive.

Once these pieces are done you will have a reversible decoration with a white and metallic side.
You can hang them on the ceiling or simply display at home.

I hope you give this a try and share it with your friends and family, also catch me Live on Facebook.
